1. Your cancellation and refunds will depend fully on the flight/accommodation service provider's end, as bookings will be made directly with them. Please be careful when making a booking and read through the cancellation policy they have. If you would like some help with this, please forward a copy of your booking confirmation to info@proftravels.com and we'll be more than happy to take a look. Or contact the provider directly.
